Cdr (Retd) KK Choudhary
Founder of Sankalp, retired from the Indian Navy after 27 years of service. His vision and administrative acumen have been pivotal in establishing Sankalp as a robust and community-driven organization.
Pushpa Indernath (Late)
Co-Founder of Sankalp, Pushpa Indernath devoted over 40 years to teaching under Delhi Administration and was a key contributor to the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan program. Recognized with the “50 Years of Independence Award,” her passion for supporting disadvantaged children led her to establish Sankalp after retiring in 1998.
Aradhana Gupta
President of Sankalp with a Master's in Economics from DSE and 10 years of consulting experience with TCS. Joining in 1999, she has been pivotal in driving organizational growth and expanding the reach of Sankalp’s programs.
Nishi Gandotra
Vice President with a technical diploma from YWCA and an International Yoga Teacher’s Degree. With 14 years of diverse experience in administration and yoga instruction, she contributes to Sankalp’s holistic development approach and strategic direction.
Shashi Kapur
General Secretary of Sankalp with a B.Sc in Chemistry, Shashi has over 30 years of experience in multinationals and business. Since joining in 1996, he has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and partnerships.
Radhika Sethi
Treasurer of Sankalp with a management degree from JBIMS and 7 years in investment banking. Since 2004, her financial acumen has ensured Sankalp’s financial stability and supported long-term goals.
Ritambhra Baveja
With 39 years of experience in education under the Delhi Administration, she has been leading Sankalp's academic initiatives since 2004, playing a key role in shaping academic policies and processes.
Mohini Sood
With a B.Sc Honours in Nursing and extensive teaching experience, Mohini has been managing academic programs at Sankalp since 2004. Her expertise in early childhood education continues to guide curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
Vasu Dev Bhasin
A Mechanical Engineer and retired Senior VP from Hyundai Motors, Vasu has 40 years of corporate experience and has been advising Sankalp since 2006. His expertise provides valuable strategic and operational insights for the organization.
Umesh Chand Goyal
A Chartered Accountant and licensed CPA, Umesh Chand Goyal joined Sankalp in 2000, bringing over 35 years of experience. He is the Managing Partner at UCC Associates & LLP, providing invaluable expertise to Sankalp’s operations and growth.
Zarina Kumar
With a B.Sc in Chemistry and diplomas in Lab Sciences and Ecology, Zarina brings extensive experience from the World Bank and UN. She has been contributing to Sankalp’s environmental and social development projects since 2003, focusing on sustainability initiatives.
Ruchika Choudhary
A Computer Engineer with 13 years of IT experience, currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Conduent India. Since 2012, she has supported Sankalp by integrating technical insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Seema Verma
A Philosophy graduate with 20 years of corporate experience. Seema, who joined Sankalp in 2002, heads the remedial program and has significantly impacted underprivileged children's educational outcomes.
